Return Policy

Customer must inform us within 24 hours about a return by email (sales@ongsho.com) or direct call ( +88 019 96 29 29 29)

  1. Proof of purchase (order details, tax invoice etc )
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  3. The product must include original tags, bags, user manual and warranty cards freebies and other accessories.
  4. The product must be returned in the original manufacturer package/box. It must be returned in the same condition with a shipping label attached.
  5. Return reason has to be valid and acceptable condition meet.
  6. Within 3 days customer need to send the product to ONGSHO office.
  7. Any product buy from EMI offer cannot be returned, we can send to warranty only (if applicable).
  8. Cash on the delivery product must return to the delivery boy.
  9. The exchange is available (if payment made by debit/credit card ). Kindly note we won’t refund any money.


    # Food item

  1. Any grocery item cannot be returned.
  2. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care Service prior to returning your items. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in.
  3. We do not offer cash refunds.
  4. Within 24 hours customer must notify us.
  5. Traditional food is not eligible for return and exchange.

        # Device and Electronic items.

  1. For device or electronic related product after usage or any expirations of the return, we will refer you to the brand warranty center. (If applicable)
  2. Ongsho won't return any device related product.
  3. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website) / incomplete (missing parts), Kindly contact our customers service for replacement. (If Applicable)
  4. Within 3 days customer must notify us about the return item.

        # Fashion item

  1. Any of used dress or toned cannot be returned.
  2. Customer must notify us within 3 days.
  3. Any size issues, products are eligible for exchange (if applicable
  4. For any vendor items, we will refer to the vendor. Onghso won't take any responsibility for vendor fashion items.


        # Accessories

  1. Damaged, broken or toned cannot be returned.
  2. Notification period 1 day (if applicable)
  3. Some of the accessories are not eligible for return


Warranty Policy

How do I know if my product has a warranty?

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, to the right of the product image below “Delivery”.

If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of “Seller” in the “Sold by x more sellers” box below the product image.

Types of Warranties:

1.Brand Warranty: This limited warranty will apply to the products. For product defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Brand will provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period. Daraz will not take any responsibility for the after-sale services.

2.Service warranty: Daraz will take the responsibility to get the product serviced from the vendor or customer may visit the vendor directly as well with the invoice paper to claim the warranty. Please note if any part of the product needs to be replaced for repair under this warranty policy, the customer will have to pay for that part.


Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with a product manual, and so on.
